i don't know if i'm hearing it wrong but some things sound off :/
the idea sounds good, it's just a bit strange in small parts

it reminds me of some stylized games from the 80s/90s.
It also sounds like a kind of synthwave... I really liked the progression and the vocal with a kind of chorus fx
I just think that sometimes a sound "bumps" into another sound
maybe a compressor would help

this song reminded me of the game "Journey"... what a good song to listen to.
I'm sure it would be in that game because it fits so well

this kick is really good to listen to, it sounds like liquid jungle ambient to me, it's very different, these background things with the vocals too
